How it works

Booking Process

Gather your event information: Address, date, time, and booth needs.
Contact us to tell us about your event and reserve your date.
Sign our service contract.
Pay the retainer to solidify your reservation.

Setup and Operation

We arrive 2 hours before your event to set up and test the equipment.
An attendant will be present to assist with instruction and operation.
Tear down of the equipment includes restoring the staging area to its original condition or better.

Post-Event Follow-Up

All content (photos and videos) will be delivered via cloud storage such as iCloud or Google Drive.
Physical prints (if purchased) will be delivered.
We will ask you to rate us on the web and complete a survey to help us improve our service.
